Winfried Heiringhoff appeals his convictions for three misdemeanor offenses of intentional or knowing unauthorized discharge under Section 7.145 of the Texas Water Code. *fn1 After the jury found Appellant guilty of each charge, the trial court assessed punishment at one year jail time, probated two years, and imposed a fine of $20,000, $18,500 probated with sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, Appellant raises eight issues in which he argues the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on lesser-included offenses, challenges the factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the convictions, and complains that the trial court's sentence was illegal, vague and/or unreasonable and alternatively, one of the probation conditions was a delegation of the court's responsibility. We affirm.
